On January 6, 2008, forty-one people voted Pastor Joshua Irmler to become the Senior Pastor of the Ambassador Baptist Church in west Fresno. Ambassador Baptist Church was planted in 1989 at the Ramada Inn on Shaw and 99. Beginning with just a handful of people, the Lord allowed this young church to move to a property on the west side of Fresno before its one-year anniversary.

Recently, God has allowed the Ambassador Baptist Church to pay off all the debt on the fourteen acre campus that is now home to the church. With zero debt Ambassador Baptist Church is in the process of creating a campus development plan that will have a 500 seat auditorium, a private school, gymnasium, a family-life center, ball fields, and a beautiful park area.

God has blessed the Ambassador Baptist Church in miraculous ways over the past few months, but we still believe, as our Pastor often says, "The best is yet to come!"
